Se declaró la nulidad de todo lo actuado en la acción de tutela promovida por la ciudadana de la referencia contra la Fundación Universitaria Manuela Beltrán, a partir del auto proferido por el Juzgado 40 Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, toda vez que aplicó lo dispuesto en el Art. 1 del Decreto 1382 de 12 de junio de 2000 que, como ya se dijo, resulta contrario a la Carta Política.
En consecuencia, se remitió el expediente al citado Juzgado para que realice el trámite que corresponda conforme a la Ley.

DECLARAR la nulidad de todo lo actuado en la accion de tutela promovida por la senora Marcela Galindo Urquijo, contra la Fundacion Universitaria Manuela Beltran, a partir del auto de trece (13) de septiembre de 2000 proferido por el Juzgado 40 Civil del Circuito de Bogota, visible a folio 38 del expediente.
- Segundo. REMITASE el expediente por Secretaria General al Juzgado 40 Civil del Circuito de Bogota, para que, de manera inmediata se le imprima a esta accion de tutela el tramite que corresponda conforme a la Ley.
